Why use Easy Street Photography?

My name is Greg Schneider and I specialize in Pet photography and portraiture with its unique needs ensuring the highest level of quality in each and every frame. Extensive training in this specialized area of photography enables me to meet my goal of providing you with beautiful images of your four-legged family members; images that capture unique characteristics, a special personality, or the quirky habits that make your Pet so dear. What better way to capture and enjoy precious moments and memories of your Pet than with professional photographs and portraiture that you will be proud to display at home or at work?

Also, I volunteer time and talent for three animal rescue groups on a regular basis: Panhandle Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) and Alaqua Animal Refuge (AAR) and Feline Friends of Destin (FFoD). If you are thinking about a new Pet, or just exploring the idea, please consider adoption through one of these excellent agencies who connect people with loving animals who are Pets in need!

Pet Photography Sessions

While no two Pet photography sessions are exactly alike, most are conveniently done on-location at your home or the environment where your Pet is most comfortable. Alternate locations can be discussed during our pre-session consultation, however, I’ve found through experience that cats are best photographed in their own home. I use natural, as well as, studio lighting and backgrounds. Sessions usually take 1-2 hours including equipment setup and breakdown but I spend as much time as needed to ensure a quality photograph. The key is to provide a safe and relaxed environment with enough patience to allow Pets to be themselves. Most of all, the sessions are a lot of fun – so be prepared to laugh! I promise you… you will laugh!

Pricing

A session fee covers our pre-session consultation, photo shoot, and post-production processing and editing. All prints, portraits, and other merchandise that you order are extra with details posted on my website. To celebrate the launch of my new website I am offering a session fee of only $45. Please contact me at easystreetphotography@hotmail.com to reserve your session now at this incredibly low price.

FAQ

My pet is afraid of the camera so how will you be able to get a good picture?

Most likely your Pet associates the camera with that flash “lightning” that blinds them temporarily or just doesn’t like that funny camera that you point at them. Believe me, this is not uncommon. Be assured, with a comfortable environment, patience and my Softbox studio lighting we will get the quality photographs that you desire.

But my dog is not very photogenic!

Truth be told, neither am I! But using the right professional lighting, good angles and with the professional expertise to bring it all together, I’ll get a quality photograph that captures the best of your Pet. I promise.

My dog does not know what “sit” means. Can you still take a good picture?

Photographing a dog who responds to simple commands can make my job easier but does not always produce the best shot. The session is designed to let your dog be their precious self and with time, patience, the right equipment and professional know-how, I’ll capture your dog’s unique character. The key to a successful session is not to have your dog get stressed out but to have a fun and stress-free experience.

Can I get in the picture too?

Yes, of course

Should I get my pet groomed before the session?

Professional grooming, while a nice touch, is certainly not required prior to the photography session. You know how to make your Pet look their best – it’s up to you!

My House or Apartment may be too small!

No problem. I photograph many Pets in animal shelters with only very small rooms or very small areas for me to work. Space is usually not an obstacle and of course we can always use the great outdoors or even settle on an alternate location during our pre-session consultation.

After the photography session, what type of prints can I order and how much do they cost? And are they going to have the Easy Street Photography logo on them?

I offer you a wide selection of printed photographs and portraits in traditional sizes. Ready-to-hang frameless prints and canvas wraps are most popular. And you can order other fun products that are customized with your Pet’s photograph such as books, calendars, coffee mugs, and the list goes on. Prices start as low as $2 for a 4x6 glossy. I’ll bring some samples with me to our session so you can get an idea of some of the styles and finishes that you might like. You can order from the comfort of your own home using the website with products delivered to your door! And about the logo, no, it only appears on the web page.

How do I make an appointment?

Just go to the “Contact” section of my web site, fill out the short form and you’re on your way. I’ll contact you as soon as possible. It’s as easy as that with Easy Street Photography!
